というわけで、いくつかkey featureを見てみると、
【Bluetooth】
いいですねー。ノートPC側にBluetoothアダプタを付けておけばワイヤレスなモデムにもなる。
【GPRS】
これはまぁ仕方がない。CDMA2000x1に比べたら遅いに決まっているが、USではまだEDGEも出てくるわけでもなく、仕方がないか・・・。
【MemoryStick Duo】
一番気になるのだが、これは「Pro」ではないのか？「MG」ではないのか？少なくともProであってほしいんだけど・・・。まさかいまだにノーマル128MBがマックスなのだろうか。いくつかの掲示板を見回って確認しようとしたのだけど、主に英語以外の掲示板でよく読めない。予想スペックとしてはProということだったのだと思うんだが。
【Java】
これは面白いことができそうである。が、以下にlocal resourceを使えるかが問題。アプリを書くとなると結局C++になってしまうのだろうか。
【MP3 audioとMPEG4 video】
ふむー。いいんですが、やっぱりmemory stickの件がどうもひっかかる・・・。
【VGA camera (1.3M pixel)】
まあ欧米圏ではこれで今のところ十分でしょうね。
